First of all, thank you for the email last week. Very good that form of guidance. The downloads meet my expectations very well.
I am busy with: thinking/using both brain halves and contact with your spirit guide.
My wife is a Hypno therapist so what you do is certainly not unknown to me. I came quite directly into a pleasant and deep relaxation, and noticed immediately after the first time that things were put into action!!!
