Haven’t listened to this session very often yet, but I got some gains anyway! The worst ringing is gone. Now it varies between almost completely silent and ‘doable’. I do notice that repeated listening is necessary for me. The same goes for other sessions.
A big advantage is that you can listen to the downloads often (in contrast to a visit to a hypnotherapist, in which case you hear everything only once). Just the quiet voice of Michel makes one calmer and it gives you courage and strength because you will start to believe in yourself! And that always comes out very clearly in his sessions.
