This policy explains what information Innerworld Creation LLC ("we", "us") processes when you visit this website, contact us, or interact with the social media accounts we operate ourselves, for example by commenting on a post and receiving a direct message.

Autoflowr

Innerworld Creation LLC is the company behind Autoflowr. If you use Autoflowr, or you interact with a brand that uses Autoflowr, the Autoflowr Privacy Policy applies to that use. Innerworld Creation LLC is responsible for the processing described there.

This website

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and troubleshooting.

Contact form

When you send us a message with the contact form, we process your name, your email address and the text of your message. We use them only to answer your message and to follow up on your question. The form does not store your message on this website: it is sent to our mailbox ([email protected]) through the email service SMTP2GO, which keeps a delivery log according to its own privacy policy. We keep the email for as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up, and delete it after that or earlier if you ask us to.

To block spam, the form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the form is sent by a person; Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that check. We also count the number of messages per visitor for one hour, using a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of the IP address, so that the address itself is not stored.

Social media accounts we operate

When you comment a campaign keyword on a post of one of our own social media accounts (for example on Instagram), we process:

• your username and the account ID that the platform provides for your account;
• the text and time of the comment that contains the keyword;
• whether you tapped the buttons in our messages, whether you follow the account (as reported by the platform), and whether you clicked the link we sent you.

We use this information only to send you the message and link you asked for, and to measure how our campaigns perform. We do not sell your information and do not use it for any other purpose. We use the official APIs provided by the platforms (such as the Instagram API by Meta); the platform's own privacy policy applies to your use of that platform.

Payments

Payments for our products are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; Stripe's privacy policy applies to the payment itself. We keep the payment records we are required to keep by law.

Storage and retention

The information is stored on our own servers and kept for as long as needed for these purposes, or until you ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep it longer by law.
